When Dan did my window on my old car they were perfect 10 outta 10. I went back with another car and Dan wasn’t there so they had a lady doing it. There are hairs and lines literally in Each of my window tints. Also despite purchasing and full car tint with a warranty I was told after that if I wanted it redone because of the lines that’s not in the warranty and two the lines were already there… if Dans not doing I don’t want it

Very happy with the windshield got it done 6/28/25 all of the employees where very helpful and professional only took an half an hour besides other guys in front of me I recommend tint man day can’t wait to bring in another vehicle

A few weeks ago I took my ‘24 Altima to Tintman Dan for window tints. The woman at the counter quoted me a cash only price with no warranty on the tint if the film were to fail at some point. I specifically asked her if the warranty only covered the tint or the install also, and she told me tint only. I agreed to this and they tinted my windows that day. She told me there’s no one in front of me and to come back in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Less than an hour and a half later, I got the call that my car was finished. I come to find my back window tints had quite a few bubbles in them. They looked at it told me to wait at least two weeks and the bubbles should go away and if not to bring it back. Well, they didn’t go away and I returned two weeks later and Dan wouldn’t do anything about it. They told me I didn’t get the Warranty so there was nothing they could. (Even though they told me the warranty was just for the tint and not the sloppy/ rushed install. Plus, they told me to come back and they’d take care of it). They also told me windows have defects in it and aren’t smooth, so that’s what the bubbles are coming from. They also told me that they have a 5% tolerance for”perfect work”. It

If I could give zero stars I definitely would, because that is exactly what the service and owner was like. VERY unprofessional service and management. The owner called me a slob because he was acting like one, and he also called me dirty just very disrespectful and ignorant. Never ever again, when I came back from getting my windows tinted there was dirt ALL over my car from top to bottom that wasn’t there before, and my leather seats were messed up. It looks like someone crawled in the backseat full of dirt and dripped oil all over my seats. One of the young women working did try to clean off as much of the dirt for me, which I appreciate, but as far at the owner’s reaction, these were his exact words, “I’m not doing anything because I didn’t get any dirt on your car it was already dirty, look at you you’re dirty and your car is dirty, I might be terrible but your a slob.” Let’s keep in mind he was yelling at me the ENTIRE time, the tint wasn’t even good , bubbles all at the bottom of the tint. Also I’m only 18 years and was just trying to be nice and help Mr. Dan get some business. Definitely didn’t expect a grown man to ruin my car, try to argue with me, and be disrespectful.
